Omokunbi Adeoti

’Kunbi Adeoti is a highly experienced Strategic HR leader with a remarkable career spanning over 23 years. She has successfully transformed the human resources function for a diverse range of organizations, including startups and large conglomerates, across various industries in Sub-Saharan Africa. ‘Kunbi has effectively managed large people budgets, implemented initiatives resulting in a higher employee engagement index, and successfully executed HR transitions for organizations. She has also led HR strategic execution for mergers and acquisitions, implemented innovative programs and digital initiatives to guarantee ROI and profitability, and fostered learning organizations focused on people capabilities. Currently, she serves as the Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group, where she is responsible for various entities. She is a Licensed HR practitioner both at Local and global levels, serving in various executive capacities in various professional bodies. She is also a member of HR Forbes Council as well as European Mentorship and Coaching council. She is happily married to Kayode Adeoti and are blessed with 3 lovely daughters.
